Julia Clark Whelan,Infant daughter of Michael and Eleanor Whelan of rural Elgin, passed away unexpectedly, Wednesday morning, November 10, 2004 when she was apparently stricken with SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) at her home Arrangements are being completed at Conley Funeral Home, 116 W. Pierce St., Elburn, IL where a memorial visitation will be held from 5-7pm Saturday, November 13, 2004. A memorial service will follow at 7pm. The Rev. Paul C.
